Festival season is definetly underway with Glastonbury 2013 in full swing and its punters starting to feel a little skunky.
Glastonbury for one has always supported Oxfam and indeed many other charities so to state that festivals and creating awareness go hand in hand is a point well made. This year, Oxfam is asking festival revellers to get involved with their ‘LoveSyria’ campaign; a campaign that will hopefully bring awareness to the troubles of the conflict that is currently occuring in Syria.
To help with this cause, Oxfam have enlisted a troupé of famous artists to put together some Spotify playlists to help spread awareness of the campaign including Bombay Bicycle Club, Editors & Two Door Cinemea Club.
To find out more about the campaign and listen to the playlists, check out the Oxfam site or talk to Oxfam representatives at your next festival.
